Most homeowners can obtain our Seller’s Pack online by applying via their Homeowner Online Services account at e-m.uk.com. Homeowners must be registered for and signed into their account to access the Seller’s Pack application form, this is located in the Applications section of their online account.  We will require their solicitor’s firm name, solicitor’s email address and solicitor’s case reference in order to proceed with the online application.

The completed Seller’s Pack will be issued within 48 hours from receipt of the completed online application form and payment of our fee. More details in relation to the online application can be found online in the Seller’s Pack application form under the Applications section.

We are working hard to make this service available to all homeowners online; however, application via our Property Transfer Team will be required if the Seller’s Pack option is not listed in the Applications section in the Homeowner Online Services account.
