• Your email address.
• A password which should contain at least 8 characters.
• Your 6 digit Unique Code which is located on your ground rent invoice (please see below).
• Your 8 digit Account Number which is located on your ground rent invoice and our correspondence (please see below).

Please be aware that using your email address or an 11 digit number instead of your 8 digit account number to log in will produce an error message.
