Business Continuity Plan

Ensuring that we are protecting the well-being of our homeowners, residents and employees is our absolute priority during the COVID-19 pandemic. As the situation continues to impact our day-to-day lives, Estates & Management is closely monitoring the latest advice and guidelines from Government, so that we can take the necessary steps to ensure the continuous smooth running of our services.

In line with Government advice, we have implemented our contingency plans, which will see the majority of our staff working from home, ensuring we can continue to respond to homeowner enquiries, while our colleagues are in a safe environment. While we are committed to maintaining a high-quality service with minimal disruption, there is a possibility there will be some delays in response times, especially in the event of high call volumes.

We therefore ask that you contact us using our online form, and we will endeavour to respond as quickly as possible.

In the meantime, rest assured that we are fully committed to continuing providing you with the highest possible level of service. Public pledge for leaseholders

On 28th March 2019 Estates & Management Limited and our clients’ group of companies, Consensus Business Group, signed a government-backed pledge in relation to leaseholders. This pledge is a crucial step towards positive change in the residential leasehold market and reflects our commitment to eliminating bad practice.

In line with this public commitment to eliminate frequently doubling leases we are writing to all leaseholders with a clause in their lease where the ground rent doubles more frequently than every 20 years to inform them of the opportunity to enter into a voluntary Deed of Variation to vary this review clause.
