Pre-sale enquires e&m are unable to deal with

We appreciate you might be required to provide answers to additional pre-sale enquires which fall outside the scope of our Seller’s Pack service; however, you should rely on your own enquires and review of the property deeds. We are unable to deal with most of the additional enquiries and provide a list here of some common areas in order to assist you. You may also wish to share this list with the buyer(s) solicitors so that they can raise any additional questions directly with the correct parties. Please note our team are unable to review or interpret the property deeds or any other documents for you as this could lead to a conflict of interest. Please rely on your own expertise or seek additional third-party input.

When you email the completed guide to us at proptran@e-m.uk.com, please include “Buyers/Sellers/Remortgage Pack” and the property address in your subject line.

We accept service of the notice(s) of transfer and charge by email. Please do not send duplicate paperwork once you submit your documents via email.
