Please login to your homeowner portal account and select "Lease Extension Application" where you can find details of our homeowner lease extension application process and the application form. You can complete the form online and make payment for the application fee at the same time.
If you are applying for a lease extension quote on behalf of the existing homeowner, please ask them to login to their homeowner portal account. The current homeowner will be able to complete our online lease extension application form and make a payment for the application fee at the same time.
If this is not possible or you are applying on behalf of another party, please complete and submit our Lease Extension Application form and we will contact you within 5 working days regarding payment of the application fee. Alternatively, please email us at sales@e-m.uk.com to request a copy of our lease extension application form to be completed and returned to us with the application fee.
