Leaseholders our pledge to you…

On 28th March 2019, Estates & Management Limited and our clients’ group of companies, Consensus Business Group, signed a government-backed pledge in relation to leaseholders. This pledge is a crucial step towards positive change in the residential leasehold market and reflects our commitment to eliminating bad practice.

In line with this public commitment to eliminate frequently doubling leases, we have written to all leaseholders with a clause in their lease where the ground rent doubles more frequently than every 20 years, to inform them of the opportunity to enter into a voluntary Deed of Variation to amend this review clause. If you have any questions regarding this opportunity, please contact our Lease Management Team.
