Please download our Buyer’s Guide if you act on behalf of prospective or recent purchaser(s). Please also use this guide if the name on the title is changing, i.e. a transfer of equity (joint to sole or sole to joint) or Assent.

We accept service of the Notice(s) of Transfer and Charge by email. Please do not send duplicate paperwork once you submit your documents via email.

Please download our Seller’s Guide if you are instructed by the current owner(s) in relation to a change in ownership (e.g. sale, transfer from joint to sole owner). You should also use this pack if a mortgage/charge is concurrent with the change in ownership.
