E&M was founded over ten years ago as a small ground rent management company managing a few hundred freehold interests on behalf of private Landlords.
Since its humble beginnings, we have grown from strength to strength and now manage the freehold interest of almost 300,000 residential units throughout the United Kingdom and continue to increase the size of our national coverage.
The business has evolved over the past decade through supporting the expansion of its client base. Our investment in technology, systems, training and above all, our people, has enabled E&M to become a leading player in the management of ground rents.
